Welcome

to SYSTRA's Ethics Alert Process

How it works

Here you can safely report an ethics alert, under the conditions provided by SYSTRA's Ethics Alert Process. For more information on your rights and on applicable conditions, please consult the Ethics Alert Process.

Confirmation. You will receive a confirmation that the report has been received within seven days of receipt.

PIN code. You will be able to receive confirmation and answers during the processing via a pin code that you receive on the confirmation page. You need to save this PIN code to be able to follow your case and answer any questions. If you lose this PIN code, you will no longer be able to follow the case and in this case you will have to send in a new case and refer to the previous one.

Personal data. Your personal data are safely processed by SYSTRA to allow you to report an ethics alert, on which SYSTRA will investigate, while protecting the confidentiality of your identity. Your data are stored on a secure server with limited access, in the European Union.

Your data will be erased or anonymized within a deadline of 2 months after the investigation is closed (without disciplinary or judiciary proceeding). In case of internal or external disciplinary or judiciary proceeding following the alert, your data will be stored until the end of such proceeding. After such period, your data will be erased or anonymized.

You have the right to access your personal data and to rectify data that are inaccurate. In the cases provided for by law, you have also the right to erasure, the right to data portability, the right to object and the right to restriction of processing. For more information or to exercise your rights, please contact SYSTRA’s DPO: personaldata@systra.com. You also have the right to file a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
